but you guys will agree with me that the average filipino worker cannot afford any legitimate software/games.

i mean, an average game will cost $50, an american worker can buy that in a month and still afford costs of living, pero kung pinoy halos 1/3 to 1/4 na yun sa sweldo nya...

and lets face it...the software market is not for the average filipino...

That is the damn problem with people. People always want more than what they can afford. People pirate Microsoft Office ... but how many people actually use the power of Microsoft Office? OpenOffice is powerful enough, even more powerful than what any normal Filipino who pirates needs.

Everyone pirates, that is everyone's own decision ... but lets try to not justify it as if you had any ground. I pirated, oopps my bad, I'm not going to say I had any right to do so.

Well in that case all of us are hypocrites, we're all supporting piracy. Cause dont tell me that you've never photocopy a book b4.

that's a good point brad.

how about those "imit" jeans and clothings nga a1 ang klase? those tailors who custom made your jeans to make it look like CK or Levis? how about those shoes that some of us brag about that it's very "expensive" peace of foot equipment when it's just "local?" and yeah, those shiny rolex watches and casio's.... and those products and beverages whose packagings had been "pirated" by no less than those filthy rich businessmens?

aren't we a little too selective here? i use original software in my machine but i'm not gonna be the first to condemn anyone who buys pirated just because i "bai, genuine!" no, no, no. cos uncle sam's too rich to spend a lot of money for war and all. he ain't gonna get poorer because a third world country like ours whose majority of people can only afford pirated products is into PIRACY for eons.

stop piracy? big YES! but spread out our country's resouces evenly so people don't have to commit these "crimes" and we can all live in a "perfect world."

excuse my blah, just watched robinhood....

hahahaa...nice sad...nice sad...we are all living in an unfair world..so we should come up with our own instincts to survive and get what we want..its not just being good will show you thats life is...its a matter of being good and bad...mawala lang na pirated once mawala sad ang internet..and erase na sad ang word download and upload...like Rockstar company, some enforce not to sell their Bully game kay makapoison sa mga mind sa mga bata nga muduwa..but the more they banned it...the more players are craving for it..they just make the game more popular...one guy bought it and upload it to the internet? everybody downloads it..thats how it works....even rich guys who can afford to buy want to share it with those who cant. so peace dudes....dili ra kay mga muslim sad-an...theyre just hand carriers...and admit it..dako kaau deperencya sa pirated ug sa mga orig..yayay kaayo sa bulsa..mao wait na lang ko if naay downloaded ako friend sa mga torrents then mangau na lang ko sa iyaha..hehehe
