    Picnic Grove
From here, you have a great view of Mt. Taal. We decided not to go to Mt. Taal because we found the rate offered by the bangkero too high for two persons. You can also try out the zipline and cable car. You can also opt to have a souvenir photo taken while you're zipping down the line. They also have horseback riding. Don't be discouraged if they tell you there is a minimum of 1 hour riding, we were able to negotiate for a 30 minute ride.

    People's Park in the Sky
This is Marcos' unfinished mansion. It's a bit of a climb, PUVs are allowed only up to the gates. The view's great - you can see Lake Taal and Taal volcano to the south, Laguna de Bay to the east, and almost as far as Manila to the north. But the buildings have seen better days.

Residence Inn Resort and Mini Zoo
They have a mountainside mini-zoo, just below the hotel building. Entrance fee is Php100 on weekdays and Php249 on weekends. Now, before you say that the price is too steep, note that this includes a shutlle ride to and from Paradizoo Theme Farm and Zoo. Some of the animals you can find in Residence Inn and Paradizoo are camel, donkey, ostrich, snake, lion and tiger, among others.

@rAj_18: The National Art Gallery is within walking distance from LRT 1 (Yellow Line) - UN Ave. Station.

Regarding Tagaytay, you don't need to hire a taxi. You can take a bus to go there, there's a bus terminal near MRT 3 (Blue Line) - Taft Ave. Station. Have the driver drop you off at the Tagaytay Rotonda or at the Olivarez Terminal, and from here you can take a jeepney or trike to your target place. There are a lot of fastfood restaurants near the rotonda. We ate at Chow King. But I suggest you try their local restaurants.

We got off at Olivarez, took a jeepney to Picnic Grove, trike* to People's Park, trike to Rotonda, jeepney to Residence Inn. Then going back, we took a jeepney to Rotonda, then bus to Cubao.

*I was told that there are also jeepneys going to People's Park. We tried waiting for one, but there were only a few and they were all full. So we took a trike instead, it was available for hire for Php60. We were lucky since there was another couple waiting for a jeepney so we talked to them to share the trike with us. So we only got to pay Php15 per person. On the way back, since we were running out of time, we had no choice but to pay Php100 for the trike from People's Park to the Rotonda. Other than that, the fares for the public transportation were all well within range.

don't forget to try Mushroom Burger and Sonia's Garden. the latter's a bit pricey, but not as pricey as Antonio's! I heard Antonio's is considered one of the best in Asia. wala pa ko ka dine didto, nihapit ra hehehe. have to make a reservation to dine there.
