^^ not unlike sa lain nasod na andam cla pirme maski walay calamity. this is one thing our govt has to practice. in the US specially kato naa sa calamity zone, they are always prepared, i always watch storm chasers sa discovery and predicting tornados is harder because its target is specific and there's just no way of predicting where or when it will hit a certain area. but still, recovery is fast and people are safe before it happens. PAGASA just forecasts, LGUs and us citizens have to do our part to. we don't have to wait till it hits us and cry foul at our govt for not doing its job. there's only so much a third world country govt can do.

storm chasers sa discovery and predicting tornados - are researchers also. those videos na ila nakuha ila pod na ibaligya sa mga other researchers and scientist who study of those kind of natural phenomenon. sa atoa bisan facilities and equipments wala jud! unya ang pasanginlan ang forecaster dayon.

as responsible citizens of Cebu we must dispose our garbage properly. when i was in Manila last week there's this big sign on the wall where people use to throw their garbage irresponsibly. its says " BAWAL MAG TAPON NG BASURA DITO, DAHIL ANG BASURA MO, PAG BUMAHA, AY BABALIK SAYO!!" and to my surprise nobody's dumping garbage there anymore. people learned their lesson the hard way.
