Is Pres. Aquino on the right track on his CCT dole outs?

This year 2011, President Aquino will again step up its poverty alleviation program by targeting at least 1.3 million household beneficiaries nationwide with budget allocation of P2.1 billion.

Many people abused this program by enlisting their names even if they are not deserving, depriving those who are in extreme needs but has no connection in the government to availed the program.

A representative of the Gabriela Women Partylist reacted on this saying the government should create jobs and address unemployment problem instead of "spoon-feeding" the poor families.
