The thing is, if you are eating right and your nutritional intake is good, less need for supplements. Too much hoopla on multi vitamins nga if sakto lang ato kaon, mao naman na. The supplements are supposed to just "supplement" - meaning assist in our nutrition in case naay kuwang vitamins sa atong gikaon. The emphasis should be on Eating Smart & nutritious diet.
