Parang rite of passage ito ano, no matter how old you get, how many loves you've had in the past, everytime somebody breaks your heart, it will always feel like the first time. Who was it that said--the heart is forever inexperienced? The only difference is you now know better how to cope. Advice ko to people going through it, deal with it the best way you can, kung gusto mo mohilak 24/7, by all means do so, if u wanna write an angry letter, do so, just don't send it...and whatever you do, please, try, try not to let others see it. You may think it would make your ex come back, seeing how pathetic and miserable you are, but it actually works the opposite. And you'll never forget how crazy you acted. Wallow in your misery but do it in the confines of your room and with only a few trusted friends and family to listen to you rehash the breakup for the nth time. Ako I dealt with it by going out with a couple of other guys I really didn't have any feelings with. Good thing hanging out lang, but somehow it helped me put myself back together. Time really does help. And if its a devastating breakup, don't text, call, email. Cold turkey is the best way to go, everytime.
thnx ann for ur input... i totally agree with you... no amount of bawling and desperate pleas can bring back ur ex nor even his respect for you... so be more composed and cry in private

... hehehe.. in other words, nano ni enter? makaingon jud ta in the end na we have grown wiser and more numb to the pains in love but then again when we find ourselves to love again, unknowingly we have opened ourselves to the process of loving and hurting... i guess it's human nature to undergo such cycle in order to BE HUMAN and it's one way or another our path to our personal growth whether we dreaded it or face it bravely

so how about embracing our heartaches? anyone will join in? hehehe

...what's good about us pinoys is that we have our own support system who is our family (and even friends) who are always there for us especially in times of crisis, emotionally... we drew strength from them as we move on and that somehow eases our sorrows..

no prob, japz.. feel free to share more in here... this thread is here for all of us who have loved, hurt and have the will to move on...
