    pero naay mga guidelines i-follow para sa mga contractual nga employees... their pay is just the same as regular employees pero naay mga benefits and privileges nga dili nila makuha...

    covered tanan sa labor code,.

    anthing that conceerns labor is under the control of DOLE...

    ang contractual kay dli na cya covered sa labor code uy.. dli man gani ka hilabot ang DOLE ana... mao mag suffer jud na ang contractual employee... wala man gani na cla 13th month pay or ang bonus ba nun to bsta naa isa ana na wala cla... then naa gani abnormal end of contract kay dli man gani cla maka reklamo kay mao lagi wala mana sa labor code... mao na xa ako nabaw-an.. i dunno lang kaha anang proby...

    safety man sad na sa mga employer para di magsalig ang employe.

    pangitag legal advice ana oi...unfair man na sa employee. adto sa department of labor or if naa ka kaila nga attorney, seek help.

Accenture ga work imong friend? hehehe, yeah the probationary period can be extended if the performance is deemed below satisfactory. Remember that the operating word is CAN. Because the company has the option to terminate the employee during his first six months as a probationary employee if his performance is sub par. The fact that he has a binding contract with the company has NO BEARING to his ability to get SECURITY of TENURE or to be regularized.

    Your friend got lucky he got a second chance to get regularized.

    contractual is covered by the labor code esp. in cases of "labor-only contracting" where the "contractor" does not have sufficient capital, etc. in that case, the "principal" where the contractual employee is assigned is considered to be the employer for purposes of compliance with labor laws and standards...

    question about sa probie status... considered regular employee naka miski pa ug wa ka g-evaluate?

    ani ang scenario: ghatagan mi contract before pa start sa job. gbutang didto na max of 5mos daw ang probationary period. kung for example imong ika-5th month kai sept22, pagka-23 ana, considered regular naka miski pa ug wa ka gi-evaluate? kai wala man pud nahitabo na evaluation before sa sept22, which is mao dapat dibah?
