i lost 11 pounds in 8 months. practically no exercise, didn't do much. just cut down my fat intake, increased the amount of veggies and fruits. my weight has stabilized at 144 lbs.

i lost about 3 kilos in roughly two months. here's what i did.
MWF: i wake up around 4 or 430am and jog until 6am.
TThSat: i go to the gym in the morning. i do more cardio and a little bit of weight training. i focus more on resistance training so i do more reps on lighter weights.
regarding my diet, i gradually cut off meat (pork) and i eat more chicken meat except the skin. i eat lesser but more frequent meals and i drink lots of water.
in that two months, it was not really that hard and i'm planning to take the level of intensity a little bit higher this time.
