    naa sad ko nakit-an nga tapok ngara sa abellana 6:30 man start,mura hip-hop abs tingali ni nga exercise kay ni try ko once..nihunong ko kay sakit au ako abs..nyahahaha!!pero im not sure...try lang ninyo guyz...g-approach man mi sa group kay ni ask mi wat time sila magsugod...ingon sila 6:30 every day..

    Definitely Cardio gyud kay there's no such thing as spot reduction... Maski pag mag sit-up kag 1,000 times, mugahi imo abs pero di makita kay tabunan sa fat. Mao importante gyud cardio ug weight training plus diet sad. Dili pud ingon na di mukaon ha. It's choosing the right foods to eat.
