    sorry to disagree but according to my doctor friend fasting is bad since you're doing a yoyo diet. pila ka months gagmay ra kag kaon unya mo lose tuod ka ug weight pero after pila ka months your appetite bounce back. gahi na ka mabusog. sige lang kang gigutom unya mo gain na pod kag weight. mas maau kung mokaon ka pero watch what you eat na lang. moderation in everything. especially the snacks. we always thought that biscuits are low calorie snacks when in fact it is the opposite.

    ako im using an orbitrac gamit kaayo ni sya di nako kinahanglan mu adto pa ug abellana kay i can do this at home sulit kaayo ni sya naay calorie indicator and lets you indicate how much ang imu calories na burn when doinx exercise... ako everyday i use it at least 3 times a day with 100 calories to burn per session tapos i eat hi protein foods para dili ko manambok results are great from 215lbs to 195 lbs nako and still planning to make it to 180 lbs hope this works

    sit ups. pero kung kapoyan ka 1 hour jog every night will get you results man pud pero kung kanang sexy jud kayo imo gusto kanang sit ups target jud kaayo na sa tiyan diretso. Ako I used to do 50 sit ups pero na stop pagka hospital sa ako mama na lawgaw akong schedule. but now, nag hinay hinay ko balik sa brisk walk then if maka adjust na balik napud sa sit ups.

    murag kaon sab tingali....hehehe...adjust gamay sa kaon...single rice lang if gutom jud..if ok ra half rice....and more exercise....pero murag nag struggle pa jud ko ani ron da....lami kaayo ikaon man gud...hahaha
