do u know the details of girlfriend's family? They can probably help you persuade girlfriend. Girlfriend is avoiding being called to witness because she might still have a trauma over what happened or she may afraid to attend the trial as witness because she is ignorant about going through the trial.

all we know is that girlfriend is from Iloilo....we don't know any more of her family background/s...
