hey, tnx.. im a nurse working as a call center agent.. yeah, times are tough now.. i experienced some of the things that u mentioned, eyebags being one of them.. i used to say before that you wouldn't catch me in a call center but lo and behold,, im almost 2 years na did2.. i cant really say that i love the job but mostly its bec of the camaraderie with my co-workers ( and the salary of course) that keeps me going.. although i dont smoke and i rarely drink, the threat of breast cancer is quite alarming.... yes, life in a call center is fun, but in a way... we all take the risk of health problems.. basically from what i can glean from ur article, the secret to success in a call center job or any job for that matter is BALANCE.. balance ur time, money, leisure activities and stay healthy!

working in a callcenter for a long time will cause your mind to go stagnant. unsaun na lang!!! pero depende ra gihapon nimo kung unsaun nimo pagbalance imo life para dili tantong ma jogo.

work becomes a routine nga maka bore and maka jogo jud. and naa pa mga s****d customers nga mag irate-irate and feeling superior nga makapasamot sa ka jogo nimo... hahayz

nice jud mo shift gear ug career. callcenter is only temporary. pang stepping stone lang cguro. remember - the mind is a terrible thing to waste.

unsaun man nang kwarta kung mentally challenged pud ka hehehe

'Another man's trash is another man's treasure."

This affects all night shift workers, not just the call center industry.

misleading ang title sa thread...tanan diay call center jobs ing.ani? yw sd generalize wui...
dghan bya night shift nga jobs...Nurse, Fireman, PoliceMan and those in critical industries like Power Plants...shifting sd bya na cla...

working in a call center is like working in any other industries..
naa responsibilites, stress, competition and other stuff that will be nornally present in any other offices...

sakto ingun ni babymc23 -> balance lng...
spend time w/ happy people, pra happy sd ka....
