    i saw the news on TV last night. hmm... he doesn't seem like a person who'd leave wet toilet paper lying around... he even showed his toilet.

    i'm really amused. it's so primitive. in today's times, i can't believe there r still many practising this. i beg to disagree that it's a filipino thing. that's so embarrassing. people are even using better bathroom technologies nowadays & yet some people r still this backward, lol. it's all about good sanitary practices & cleanliness. it's even for your own good. really. keep up with the times......sanitary wise.
