    Righ. CCF? Ring a bell? If you are still working in CGST then I'm sure you'll know what's happening with that campaign. Log-in hours? Yeah, right, but don't you think that it's enough? Getting paid at around 2k? Some even get 1.9k. HRd told us (During the training period) that the basic salary is 11k. Misleading info, if you ask me.

    I like the environment but we're underpaid and that breaks my heart.

    I'd work at another call center... Same stuff... Pressure, Stress, Working hours. NOT UNDERPAID.

    And if I may ask you, what campaign are you in? x3

    Right right.... hehehe.... yeah CCF (Credit Card on File) ... there are 3 CCF... different products same spiel....under what campaign are you?...well, if you're going to ask me.... about the pay? well if you think you are being underpaid then why stay there I guess log-in hours is just enough, everybody came in to work...if you failed to log in of course as ive said gamay jud imo madawat... minus tardiness and absences, they all monitoring our log-ins.....I join the HR Orientation the first day and i think you didnt understand, the computation for the salary is based on the 11k basic pay... It is not the basic pay...LOL.... we dont even have a basic pay coz we are being paid by the hour...hehehe don't you know that? heheheh lol...

    CCF1 and got transferred to CCF3 which is shitty if you ask me. Lol. 5 days na ko wala'y trabaho.. Di ka malain ana? Well... Log-in hours lageh but try to compute it. 6 x 52.50 x 15 days then plus on-calls. Dba layo ra gyud? =/ 4k cguro imo pero tan-awa kung unsa'y naka dako sa imong sweldo. Ang incentives cguro... Then wala pa gyuy claro ang incentives... Dili ka malain sa incetives? Nga wala'y claro? Sure, ila ageh gibuhat na para ma-push ang other up-sells pero malain ta.... Usabon ba? Lol

    And I don't know kung pila na lang akong makuha ani ining ka Oct. 5. <_< 1k na lang cguro... <_<

    Paid by the hour? Yeah, Lol. Did they told us that we're paid by the our during the Training days? I dont think so.

    I'm staying here because I can't afford to loose the job. I need the job because I'm going to Manila this October for some online gaming event also, there's a cash bond (Which I'm sure you know about that...) I'm playing safe cuz the event that I'm going is really something that's worth it, and kung apason ko sa kompanya bi asa man ko mangahoy sa pambayad sa cash bond. Also, I need the experience because I'm an undergrad (AND I dont have any plans on staying as a undergrad.). Maybe, after I get back from Manila, I'll start applying at other call centers. That is, if really have the guts to apply. Or maybe just wait to get terminated. Haha.
