nag apply2x ko did2 last month ky nag hire lagi daw cla ug "tech support" so i applied there since I was working w/ ***** previously and then I resigned. When the initial interview started the interviewer said that they are indeed expanding pero instead of tech support ad2 sa diay mi sa sales. Right after he said that ingn ko nga pwd ko mag outbound sales pro i prefered "tech support" ky mao gyd to akng gi applayan sa ila dli unta ko apply did2 ug outbound sales man gani. faet, misleading info ila gpost sa ilang gipang hire nga positions oi..

Correct kay akung friend ni apply sad tech pero g.indorse cya sa sales...misleading jud... peace sa duha ka hr hehehehe

Sa cg pa ug tumar si Kit sa iya Tambal, sa cg pa ug banyos ug paputi si Rhea ug si Clutildo, sa nindot pa kaayo ang environment kay makita ang BAO ni _ _ _ _ hehehe. Sa Laki pa kaayo si James ug si Ojay. sa barkada pa mi tanan, ug sa la pa mag uyab uyab, hehehe basta love team pa si maricar ug si Clutildo, ug si maricar, bikini queen hehehe basta lingaw lang di ba Ate Love.

Bag-o ra ko quit CGTS. Wala gyuy kwenta. Seriously. The pay sucks. You work hard and the pay is like minimum? That's crap. It's a given fact that we want to work at a Call center because of the pay and they pay us 2.7?! WTF. I'd rather work at a fastfood chain. ~.~

but sad to say, some sa atong mga bro kay mangaply lang jud ghapon. reality speaks that daghan na kaayog unemployed & CGTS is one of the many small companies nga applyan na lang para makatrabaho lang.

WORK ENVIRONMENT - kewl kaayo, they treat each other as family, they value so much respect for the individual without discrimination... lenient somehow strict sa ila requirements....
SALARY and BENEFITS - It depends sa imo background and work experience....
GLOBAL started 2005 but they started their operations 2006...try to serach lang sa google..naa man ni sila website pwede sad ka mo apply on-line....

wala nay CHAT SUPPORT...kay walay halin...it's like that.... campaign just come and go.... actually ang CHAT SUPPORT they dont have any basic pay.... its commission based so kung wala kay halin wa kay sweldo.... ana ka simple!

ang pay karon sa Global based on LOG-IN hours...so kung late ka...overbreaks....of course ma apiktohan jud imong salary......
