let's remember that as of now, all the police got are "testimonial & circumstantial evidence". They need more than that to make the case 100% solved. AFAIK, it's still 90% solved. let's remember that perhaps all the fingerprints in the hotel are cleaned up either intentionally by the suspects or unintentionally by the hotel management. we still don't know yet. the found wallet in Enfectana's residence cannot suffice. and the other John Does are still out there in hiding and must still be accounted for and arrested.

the fact that bai's wallet was found there... and jonelle did not bother to tell the authorities about it...
and, in fact, gi tago pa ang wallet under a pile of wood...
i really think that was reason enough to arrest her..

...does anybody else see this the way I do?

tinuod, lisud ni nga kaso, the wallet found in her possession does not place her at the scene of the crime, confession ra jud cguro ang pina ka best na way ani, if not from jonelle maybe from other suspects involved. sakto all the evidence gathered and testimonies are just circumstancial and not enough to close the case

actually, the wallet can put Jonelle at the scene of the crime. but it cannot exactly tell if she was the murderer, mastermind, or an accessory to murder. Either did2 gyud cya anang pgka hitaboa or nkabalo lng cya later unya nitabang ug tago sa wallet. That's why importante tong witness nga nka identify niya sa hotel. Either ways, that's why it is just right to keep her in jail while investigations are still ongoing.

Another case that can be slapped against her is obstruction of justice if she wouldn't tell who her other John Doe companions were that night.

tanaw nako, diskwedo ra gyud gihapon ani c Jonelle. the least sentence would be around 15-25 yrs in prison. as for the others, justice will catch up on them in time...either makit-an ra gyud ni cla or mo surrender. walay nay liberated lifestyle so to speak sa mga nag tago2x...hehe
