Regarding dead pixels, as a general rule, it is not covered by warranty. I think the only products that have a 0 dead pixel policy are TV sets.

sad to say, pero like what freesoul said. the demand of psp is really a pain. pero we have no choice. hirap na ksi makahanap ng mga downloadable psp nowadays..even we want to sell it at a lower cost kung ang kuha namin is really high what can we do? we'll run out of business... hope you understand our part as a seller..
