yup..right tti ang nag manage sa PCQB..dont worry ako ingnon..ang management..thanks..any concerns...guyz.....

one thing i observed lang jud ha, if yagiton gani ta dili jud na sila mocare if naa ka but if ilaronon gani aw abtik kaayo. just like kanina sa pcqb, i was asking for the pricelist and asking for prices sa videocards, wa jud ko tagda then dihay niabot nga nangutana and he was talking about naa siya ranggo sa usa ka school then nangita sya ug router, abtik kaayo. then after ato, ayha pa ko giingnan nga nagpariso pa daw sa pricelist...

@godsaint - dude CDRKING is not a computer store... and daghan kaayo sila tindera, the thing is daghan lang gyud kaayo ila customer. 1-100 na ang numbers nila, and 2 na ka set. ma hurot gud. think about. unsa na ka daghan. and thats from 10AM to 12 noon only.

dili man ang tindera makadugay but their process. kay ilista man tanan instead of having a POS.

& their sales people doesnt seem to know anything bout their products too. they havent given a single decent answer every time i ask them bout what theyre selling..the only thing they know what to say is what kind of warranty the product has

+1 for PCQB. I only bought one product from them (HEC SilentOp 385w, w/c I already sold and it still works btw), and I don't plan to get anything from them soon. Their people don't seem to have very good customer service skills. They treat every customer inquiring about their products like paparazzi interviews; they are desperate to avoid them!

yup, i don't think i have to add more to the PCQB experience. simply poor customer service. many times tried to stop by there pero gyud consistent kaayo sila sa ila pagka poor customer service. TTI-SM is so far ok to me. been to their main office maayo pud didto.
