Nobody's blaming anybody. Everybody's got a bad experience with credit cards. I was continuously billed by my insurance company 2 months after I cancelled.

You're referring to different entities. 3 complaints don't tell the whole story. There are more employees complaining about their employers rather than complaints about your so-called "poor tech support." In fact, there are more customers complaining about Smart and Globe's smartass promo of shortchanging us subscribers with a supposed 6 days free text that expires in 3 days.

Talk about fraud. These are companies truly deserving of lashing. Now here come more companies proclaiming to every corner of the Philippines about being able to pass loads among different networks. If Smart and Globe can't even give us 99.99% of good service, how would you expect them to provide service crossing between networks?

So its the Credit Card company who is to blame for the charges...... Get real who gets the money from those charges ---Its Juvio.... People are billed by Juvio even if they cancel.... So Is that customer service and support.... You are selling support but can't give customer satisfaction...

Don't say its only 3.... there are lot of people cancelling... That's the beauty of the web... Word spreads very fast... Juvio charge $30 plus a month for support... Do you call support everyday It simply not worth it...... Its more than a broadband connection or even a cable TV subscription...

Where's the statistics? I need proof, not hearsay, or a few comments from the dissatisfied.

There's no comparison between broadband/cable TV subscription and Technical support. The former is luxury, the other one is good for emergency. Who do you call at 2 am when your computer bogs down? Would you wake a friend up and pay him $ 100 an hour? It's much like saying, you don't need Philhealth because you don't get sick everyday.

Some companies charge as high as $ 30 per call, but people go to desperate lengths to fix something, the same reason people would be willing to pay the price to recover lost data.

    Philhealth is a health insurance

You don't die if your computer crashes... Get real..

Don't tell that excuse or sales talk of computers bogging down at 2AM and get charge for $30 dollars for 1 call.... Don't give me that crap... Thats a poor sales pitch if you ask me

Statistics....Well people talk about it... let the word spread on Juvio... $30 a month... Its enough to have broadband and cable tv combine....You can get an awesome phone deal too

To think AOL charges $25 a month and Juvio charges $30 plus.... Man there is no investment return with that kind of a bill....

$30 plus a month. Naa nako Broadband
    Naa ko cable TV
    Naa cellphone....

Broadband and cable tv are entirely different from tech support. These are luxuries that people are willing to pay. Technical support is entirely different. Look up the people that have benefited from tech support even from other companies. I guess you have an automobile, so I presume you're a WHEELERS CLUB member. yOu know how it works.

Whoever said $ 30 for tech support is investment? You should be the one to get real. That is not an investment. That is a contingengy plan. Big banks pay certain IT firms huge sums of money as retainer's fee, even if they don't use that service for the current month. Yet, in hellish cases, they have a certain entity handy to save the trouble.

By the way, you're not really in a position to determine what people need because you're not the one in trouble. Besides, only those that are truly in dire need will shell out $30 for tech support, so don't expect a housewife who takes care of 5 children and who never use a computer to subscribe to tech support. Not everyone needs tech support, especially advanced users.

"If you think education and anticipation are expensive, think about how expensive stupidity is." That has been proven from my experience.

    $30 a month contingency....

I believe there are a lot of advance computer wizards willing to help the folks who can't understand their pc for free....

Please don't give me that sales pitch again that big corporations hire technical support... and I should get one also... Big Corporations especially highly IT dependent should have troubleshooters ready or else they would loose customers if their service went down....So don't tell I am getting your serivce for a cheaper price....

$30 is a big hole in the pocket... if you don't think that is an investment you are simply telling me to waste $30 a month without getting anything.... Get a Life... don't fool people...

"If you think education and anticipation are expensive, think about how expensive stupidity is." ----> Better untaught than ill taught.. Just don't fool anybody with your sales pitch

You don't have to change your name Zirv. That's you again.

You believe that there are lots of computer wizards willing to shell out their expertise. In this country, yes. In the States and other developed countries? Definitely no! Been there done that. $ 20/call. Yeah cheap. Now imagine you need a whole day to troubleshoot your PC or your company's workstation. How many calls you do you make? Say 10 calls. How much would that be? That is a fact because 3 of my personal contacts have been thankful to technical support.

Of course it is stupid for banks not to maintain an in-house programmer or maintenance. How stupid can banks be hiring the services of a consultancy / maintenance firm on a monthly basis when they don't use the service at once? If they were that stupid, then they are stupidly effective and smart.

"Please don't give me that sales pitch again that big corporations hire technical support... and I should get one also... " - Oh Really You got a big corporation? How many people are working 24 hours a day to make you rich Zirv?

"$30 is a big hole in the pocket... if you don't think that is an investment you are simply telling me to waste $30 a month without getting anything.... Get a Life... don't fool people..." - Fooling people is telling them you got a future with my company, then pay them below the standard wage. That's fooling people. Telling people you can get service for free. That's fooling people again. Telling them I can troubleshoot your PC at 2 am is the killing kind.

"Better untaught than ill taught.. Just don't fool anybody with your sales pitch" - You're not only untaught. You're also ill-taught. Don't poke your nose in a business you don't understand Zirv. If you think you can keep your "big company" on its heels in the following years, by all means you can do the maintenance yourself.

For one, if it takes 3 days to troubleshoot a PC, it will take 3 days of phone calls from the company to fix your PC. You won't appreciate it because you're a wizard as you imply. But for ordinary people who do not have the expertise and free service that you can provide, $30 is not bad for 3 days of consistent troubleshooting.

And don't keep changing names Zirv. Stupid people will know its you.

If they were that stupid, then they are stupidly effective and smart.------> Again another sales pitch.... Do you think big firms won't use their service and just pay without getting something in return...They know better.... So you are implying I should pay $30 to get your service that i won't use because Big companies do it all the time.... Do you have better reasons....

Oh Really You got a big corporation? How many people are working 24 hours a day to make you rich Zirv ------> Big corporations or not Your sales talk just don't add up.... How many spams did you send today How many emails have you flooded Don't give me that sales talk of $10 a call.... Just to pay you $30 a month and have trouble cancelling it..... Talk about customer service... They can't even cancel the fee....

Don't poke your nose in a business you don't understand Zirv------> Truth hurts... What don't I understand.... Paying $30 a month..... better to get cable, broadband and cellphone... And you say you understand your business... Why are people complaining that they have cancelled their support from JUVIO but still they get billed.... Do you understand Customer service or you would just like to get their money.....

For one, if it takes 3 days to troubleshoot a PC, it will take 3 days of phone calls from the company to fix your PC. You won't appreciate it because you're a wizard as you imply. ------Another sales talk.... PC these days are easy to fix... Go ask your friendly neighbor... Instead of forking $30 a month.... And have difficulty and all the headaches just to cancel it!!!!!!!!
