? Lets not start the blame game.... Poor customer service and to think they offer technical support....
Nobody's blaming anybody. Everybody's got a bad experience with credit cards. I was continuously billed by my insurance company 2 months after I cancelled.
You're referring to different entities. 3 complaints don't tell the whole story. There are more employees complaining about their employers rather than complaints about your so-called "poor tech support." In fact, there are more customers complaining about Smart and Globe's smartass promo of shortchanging us subscribers with a supposed 6 days free text that expires in 3 days.
Talk about fraud. These are companies truly deserving of lashing. Now here come more companies proclaiming to every corner of the Philippines about being able to pass loads among different networks. If Smart and Globe can't even give us 99.99% of good service, how would you expect them to provide service crossing between networks?
