    mao ni nahitabo (correct me if im wrong)

    2 ang contract:

    1. training contract for 5 months;

    - after sa training one is required to work or else reimburse training expense

    wala may choice, dili man gusto makabayad so, sign mo ug

    2. employment contract

    - nag-ingon nga dili ka maregular if dili ka makapasar sa 2 ka exam.

    sakto ba?

    ang problema, wen man gasugod inyo apprenticeship...

    dili..sa company nga among gitrabahuan karon kay ang contractual project basis lang gyud na cla..kung mahuman na ilang project nya nindot ilang performance then basin kuhaon na pud cla for another project pero lain na pud to nga kontrata..kung mu last ang project for more than 6 months, i end jud na ilang kontrata nya mag himo nasad lain kontrata..dili gyud na cla maregular...kung ganahan jud ang company nila, then offeran cla sa company para mahimong proper employee..pero agi sa cla ug probitionary status for 6 months after cla gi offeran.. mao na sa company nga among gitrabahoan..

    kon contractual inyo company, that means dili jud mo ma-regular employee, proper employee lang. Kay kon contractual mo, u ceased being an employee after the contract expires...
