    drink lots of milk.
    avoid caffeinated drinks like iced teas, sodas, coffee etc
    dont take mid day naps if possible.
    read the dictionary if u cant go to sleep. kabw mo unsai rationale? youll get tired reading of it ky of course, knsa man tawoy mubasa'g dictionary wui. ka.super boring ana'. sharo d ka dukaon sa ka.boring.

    Keep a journal of things you're thinking about and stuff you need to accomplish. That way, you'll get them out of your mind and you won't keep on rehashing them while you're drifting off to sleep. Keep your room as dark as possible. Play relaxing music and try massaging some lavender-scented lotion on your 'sleep points' : your temples, your navel... There's a sleep-indusing kit in Beauty Bar. Ite even includes am eye mask. Try soothing sounds, as well. A lot of insomniacs have tried music, even instumental ones, but I've read somewhere that 'nature' sounds work better. You can buy a Cd of waves crashing to shore, or a gentle breeze. make sure your room is well-ventilated and your sheets are clean and fresh. Buy new pillows or a new bead spread. Sometimes, a welcome change is all you need in your sleep routine.
