    Default Help: Insomnia issues


    My cousin cant sleep at night....
    Naa xa insomnia...
    but then f mo take xa sleeping pills....for sure maka sleep gyd xa
    but its not advisable cz ma dependent na xa....
    do you know any product like juice or milk na maka pa sleep xa...
    ayw lng ng tambal.......anything like na ma drink or ma eat
    na maka help na maka sleep ang taw..

    what type of insomnia ur couzn has? like how many days, weeks or months he/she experienced it?
    there are lot of factors that causes insomnia.. like basin depress sya, stress, change sched sa work, etc2x..

    it could be medical or psychological problem..

    milk doesnt do anything to help a person with insomnia... i also have insomnia but not as grabe ana...

    as jdimpas said there are different types of insomia and they have different kinds of causes.

    try letting your cousin go to a therapist may be they can help him/her...

    Same case w/ mine.
    But I can sleep of some procedures for half an hour waiting...
    All I do:
    @Before going to sleep I drink milk...
    @I wont do anything that makes me awake, on my bed. (watching tv, reading books, texting, etc.)
    Kay maanad man...
    For instance, everytime your on bed, segurado nga dukaun ka. Kay routinary man nga kon muhigda ka sa imo higdaan, tulog naka...(it would also help).
    Maybe, some reasons nga kinahanglan nimo mahibaw-an, such as @jdimpas stated..

    why not try to exercise before going to sleep..thats what my friend does if her insomnia strikes again...

    i am insomniac. i just have to change my lifestyle and get myself used to sleeping. i just had myself a regular sleep para ma-anad ko.

    before, i could stay awake for an average of 3 days straight. now,i get to sleep. hahaha

    milk first option.... kung d gyud Redhorse ra katapat ani kung di colt45... kung d jud madotlan hala tanduay 65 lapad. cheers!!!...
