    Tungod guro ba nga everyday cya mag atubang ug applicant some cannt anwer good in english ..

    so murag sapoton cya sa iya job .. pero if qualified ka, u wont gv a damn...

    or gituoyo lng guro na niya aron ingnon strick cya.. or perhaps its part of how u handle iratE HR or Customer...

    pero if u pass initial , the rest of the process would be sure na...

    LOL. its probably because she was not impressed by you... considering the fact that you have work experience. its not just work experience that counts. its the attitude. i rather have an intimidating HR personnel than a lenient one kay in the end, ma culture shock ra ko... you are referring to michelle kintanar i suppose... ive spoke with her more than once... she came from the same company that i was once associated with. i'd say shes a professional... artista minsan and sometimes it is a MUST.

    basin taas ra kaau imo tan-aw mao gi intimidate ka nya... unya nag kanga kanga ka tubag... dunno what really happened but im pretty sure their approach would depend on your 1st impression to them... its always objective/subjective... so lets live with it

    mmmm.. ang massabi ko lang sa qualfon is ang PANGIT NG COMPANY... kahit na cguro i still work in this company i'm just waiting for my bonus and leave the company.. dito lang ko naka experience na delayed ang sweldo, employees expect the pay will get in to there atm cards like 12 midnight of every pay day, pero na tatanggap namin ang sweldo most likely 6 pm na ng gabii.. and when it comes to atm cards. dito lang ako naka experience na ang atm card na ginagamit ko is hindi sa akin naka pangalan.. recylced ba naman ang atm cards,,

    and when it comes to there HR,dito lang din ako naka experience na ang bagal mag process ng papers and if my problema sa mga papeles mo di man lang mag aabiso sa supervisor mo na mag sabi man lang ng "hey, this agent has a problem with his/her documents." dun mo lang malalaman na may problema pala sa mga documents mo.

    When it comes to the personalize atm, nakakainis talaga kasi mantakin nyo mga bro and sis, kung hindi pa ako pumunta ng office nila di ko malalaman na may problema pala sa form ko.and i've been waiting for my personalize atm for almost a month na.

    nakakainis talaga ang pa mamalakad sa company. ultimo pag upo sa opu-an my codes.. ? WHAT THE F***!!!!!
