nakabantay ko bah...basta magsakay ko jeep... naka-ID jud ang mga taga-Qualfon.... proud? Nindot ni nga company? Honest question lang na huh kay murag proud jud tanan ay... naay uban taga-CVG magbit2x ra sa ID pero basta mosaky ko 4L or 21B or even padung Danao..naa juy naka-ID ug Qualfon ai... I have nothing against those magwear ug ID..Hibong lang ko bah...

Most agents sa qualfon kay first time call center agents....nothing wrong with being proud of your work...if people around you is bitching about it, doesnt mean you should also ^.^

Out of all companies I have tried. Only Qualfon brings my attention to this HR Personnel. We're only five applicants then and it's a group interview for initials. I would say I am not really that good. Although, My worked experience is quite related because I also worked as CSR in a BPO Industry way back in Manila for about three years.

But one thing I don't like her is the way she approach of the applicants. She's little bit rude and intimidating. I really don't care of how fluently she speak is because in the first place it is her job but asking beyond the belt is another story. I do not have any problems with that because I used it from other companies. What I care is the first timer applicants. Ayohon lang unta ug pangutana. Kung ang applicant deli na jud katubag or ka expound then HR do not insist. Mao nang uban deli na lang ganahan mangaply because of the awful experience during pa lang sa interview.

Never mind. I told them tingali nag menopause lang to sya. Hehehe. Fortunately, She picked up only one out of five but still wondering why she passed it. Nga wala man gani to mo tingog. Hehe!
