actually, 5-6 meals a day is cool but studies show, whatever diet you're in (south beach, atkins, warrior, etc.) it's the calories that counts... and, whatever calories you put in, you have to burn it off.. if you can burn more the better... so, work it out
i tried no rice and heavy in the veggies and drink lots of beverages to make your stomach full but most effective diet is to get busy with your job so you forget your meal
