They are not bakya. It is the people who think they are bakya are the ones who are bakya. Also the overplaying of their songs in "diskorals" is making them bakya. They play good rock n' roll songs. They are all good musicians. Richie Sambora is one helluva guitar player. I must admit I listen to them when I was still in high school.

They're a great band. They just reached that 'bakya' status when radio stations, tricyles drivers, jeepney drivers, and mga peryahan every Fiesta thrashed and overplayed their songs so much. But try to look beyond that and you will find how talented both Bongiovi and Sambora are.

My fav Bon Jovi song would have to 'Wanted Dead or Alive'

the Bon Jovi band is more skilled than new musicians than SLAPSHOCK, BLINK 182, RESCUE 911, THE CALLING, THE RESCUERS, etc....

they can play the guitar a lot better, their chords are more intricate, and they don't have to yell and eat their words so hard in fear of fumbling while they sing.

anyawy that's what most new rockers do. yell all they like, and what do they get?

yes tinuod jud ni bai! i hate how all these new bands are just all over the place and sprouting like mushrooms.... para nako, mas nindot jud tong mga banda sa una nga nice ug songs, naay meaning, nya dili ra puros shagit shagit for lack of better lyrics... hahay...

i think bon jovi rocks! although di jud kaayo nako type ilang style, naa man sad sila'y nice nga songs..i like It's My Life! and their songs are just rockin'! they've been around for such a long time now, they've outlived other bands, and i respect them for that! i think they'll be legends one day (if they aren't legends already..) *wink*
