Why would Meriam santiago, a senator and a lawyer pushes a bill to NOT to allow non-taxpayer to Vote?

Unsaon diay pag define sa taxpayer ug non-taxpayer if based sa inyo explanation tanan tawo man kha nagbayad ug buwis?

Sometimes one can praise miriam's brilliance, and at other times one can question her intelligence....

I don't think she's stupid to push that bill. We just don't know the real legal definition of why and how she come to that.

Im just saying with all the praises she get for her intelligence, she sometimes displays it disappointingly.

All businesses factor in all taxes in their costing, in this sense, the income taxes of businesses are paid by customers. There is no other realistic way to do it.

Exactly. so, this means that all legal costs supposedly to be burdened by businesses will always be passed on to consumers. If they would be legally threatened, and they would incur losses if theiy yield, then they just close operations and move somewhere they are welcomed. when this happens, the economy suffers a loss, minus 1 participant in competition, consumers ultimately suffer from lesser competition in the market.

To consumers if profit is still realistic, and they maintain market share. Otherwise, close business. decrease jobs available.
