its word you didn't say. Although there may be times that you would regret the words you said because it didn't come out at the right time, but you will realize that you will definitely have to let those words out. So its better to regret that you've blurted those words wrongly than none at all.
I would regret for not saying it.
Kung dli nko isulti, mapuno rana sa sulod.
And you'll be a walking time bomb.
You'll just wonder what could it have been.
I do regret saying something, pero wlay pagmahay nga mag.una
Nevertheless I know the consequence and the best thing I learn something from it.
While you have a chance to say it, then say it.
Here's a scenario:
It's easy to say those words to your bf/gf, but how about your parents?
When was the last time you said "i love you" to your parents?
If you don't do so, when are you planning to tell it to them?
They are just perfectly the same words, but why some people can even utter those words to their parents?
Does it go to the category of better left unsaid?
Everytime I call home I make sure nga masulti jud na nko.
prefectly said moz
i go for: regretting words you did'nt say
grabe ni, makes you wana think wat dould have happened if naka sulti lng ka
importante for me ipagawas jud ang kung unsay kelangan ipagawas,
just be ready to face the consequences after.
be responsible of what you are about to say,
think before you speak.

Regretting the words I did not say...
'Coz i feel that I'm stuck up with all these stupid emotions that I feel and seem like I do wanna let it out on him but can't say it at all..How I wish I could tell him right in his face!

It will be on a case-to-case basis..It will depend on the situation.. ^_^Like me now, I am regretting something that I've said to my friend.I am already about to completely lose him..huhuhu..
either way wd b worse if u will not fix/weigh n ur mind and consider the consequence, beforehand
