that depends kung unsay plano nimo. mas nindot ang university kay mas 'prestigious' man ang university status kaysa college status.

Not all Universities are "good" and not all Colleges are "bad". When CebuDoc was still a college, they were good, but when they became a university, instead of education quality going up, it went down.

    up nato ni,...

So then, when can a certain school attain a 'university' status?
And, what's the difference between a 'university' and other schools?

This is only for IT, programming related.

Ako wala Bachelors, naka work man lageh ko.
Basta trabaho experience ug bigatin mga certifications ang gipangita.

Basta naa lang successful project and successful achievements, recognized gihapon ka sa gawas. Possible jud na.
Softwares makes business work better. Businessmen looks for programmers who can help make business.

How to start with this career? ? ? ? Figure it out yourself. That would be your stepping stone.

Yeah, partly, basta IT-related, makuha gyud na sa certifications, project experience, and achievements.
But, ang lisod man gud ani inig sugod.
What if parehas ra gyud mo skills, and pareho result sa exam... Syempre, ang pilion sa nang-hire kay kato nalang gyud naay BS degree. That's if equal gyud mo sa imo kompetensya.
