I think he's a blogger.. kung pay per click pa cguro ni dri sa forum, daghan na ni cyag kwarta.. That way I see it, it's either he's tying to collect ideas from people to be able to come up with a content for his blogs or he's just simply trying to create a dummy statistics to find out how many viewers he could get just by simply posting random threads... then virtual application will soon follow (adsense etc) . Perhaps an online marketing strategy if I'm not mistaken.
