I think he's a blogger.. kung pay per click pa cguro ni dri sa forum, daghan na ni cyag kwarta.. That way I see it, it's either he's tying to collect ideas from people to be able to come up with a content for his blogs or he's just simply trying to create a dummy statistics to find out how many viewers he could get just by simply posting random threads... then virtual application will soon follow (adsense etc) . Perhaps an online marketing strategy if I'm not mistaken.

btw, how on earth could a person who's in their right state of mind act in such manner , unless... and another unless...
I would understand if newbie cya, pero being a Senior istoryan member who didn't mind getting his account banned and at the same time being able to keep his account active till now ... it would only mean one thing ... something fishy is definitely going on here.
