I think the reason why those fools think about us that way is that they think all call center agents are dumb. Consdidering they (engineers) can't speak 5 sentences in correct english. They think highly of themselves, they're not even considered engineers in the US.
I totally agree. And to think that call center agents are paid higher than engineers.
