    Default reklamo sa GSIS

I have the same sentiment for my mother. The computerization of GSIS did not really help the members. My mother had to go back to the Philippines from the US just to get an e-card last year (200. So she had it and still she could not enjoy her fruits of her labor because the series of the card that she got was not able to withdraw abroad. So, what happened, i had to fix her card when i had my vacation that same year. Luckily I fixed it, there was no problem until june 2009. Her pension just stopped last june then she called and called gsis and after the long painstaking call she was advised to enroll in GVAPS... So she did,,, then she had skype account and all those techy stuffs and finished her GVAP session and advised to activate her account via phone. This causes the problem now, she kept on calling and calling and following the instructions given by the phone recording but always end up hearing "voice does not match"... her remittance is delayed for several months now and we don't know yet if her account will still be activated. she spent so much money only for calling this f****** office. whew,,, i just hope this will be ok soon.

Another case happened to me, i used to be a GSIS member and resigned 2008, when i am getting my cash surrender value, they deducted more than 30k from the amount that i should receive. Their reason is, my remittance was delayed,,, whaaattt I am deducted monthly from my salary and it's my office who remits to them. So it should be their fault maybe they are not posting payments on time and members are suffering from their backlogs. Until now I haven't got my deducted 30k.

how will you expect the seniors to know how to use skype and other techy stuffs which GSIS requires? what if the seniors are ill or they don't have resources like internet, computer and webcam? kawawa naman ndi nila magamit ang pinaghirapan nila.

    100% palpak!

In my opinion, GSIS is stalling so that they can use the funds for personal and political purposes just like sa PCSO.

Akong lola nga 80 years old na nagtrabaho sa korte, nga able pa kaayo and very sharp, bisan unsa na lang nga B.S. ilang gipangsulti. Kasagaran palusot, puro technical problems. Unya kung ingnon sila sa mga tiguwang, mag IBM (It's Better Manually) na lang ta, ang mga taga GSIS DILI KATUBAG.
