in almost all threads i've been into. ur thoughts were all pretty amazing though.

That is why, if you have deep pockets (I envy you), go for Pro Complex or better yet Hydro Builder (top of the line).

It is in the correct order for ON's Mass gainer.
If you're on a tight budget, try Serious Mass.
