wala man na minimum deposit ang EON, you can open it after paying P350.. ang kanang P10K, kay if ever moabot na ug P10K ang imohang money sa imohang EON account, pwede nana sya magka interest like a savings account...

For EON account there's no initial deposit, maybe kana imo gi mention nga 10k initial dep is for UNIONBANK REGULAR SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH PASSBOOK

You can't transfer funds from EON to Paypal. I'm not sure how to load funds to paypal account either here in Phil. but in my case, my paypal account will be loaded with funds only when my Japanese boss sends my salary which is from his credit card/bank account(international accounts) to my paypal.

You may try to call Paypal cust service regarding this.

ako paypal is in USD na currency, fix ba ila conversion rate from USD to peso? or magdepende sa

Yes as long as it's been verified by paypal and you went through the process of getting a paypal code then pwede nimo ma withdraw imo paypal fund to ur Union card.US to peso conversion depends on current rate

unsa basihan nila sa conversion rate kadto nga date kung kanus-a ka nag request mo withdraw or kana time nga pwede na makuha ang funds?

What if dili ipadala ang item after making a payment?

Money will be reflected in yur atm for 2-3 days. Conversion rate is based on the day you withdraw money from paypal conversion rate not from banks current rate.
