for me when i want to forget something or someone..
I'll think about it no matter how painful it is coz in the long run
when your tired thinking and your tearduct runs dry you will
be amazed that you have already moved on and forgot about him/her completely
works in ways that i could never explain..
for others mingling with other people will help them forget..
ako lahi..id rather stay at my room and deal with all the pains and memories

if your done man gud going out with friends and inom2 ang tendency when you go home
and left alone mobalik ra tanan kasakit ug memories.. so mas maau pang

... make urself busy .... dili man nimo mapugos malimtan nimo daun ang usa ka tawo... labi na if its really close to your heart .... the solution is do some diversional activities ... never forget .... that you have your own life ... enjoy your life despite the hurts that you've experienced ^_^
kung di jud japun madala gani... hala... i-torture lang imung self... think about that person each and every single second or your life .... contact him/her ... until you'll realize that he/she is really not worth your time anymore ... heheheh
