Don't be offended boss ha, I know ng share lng ka but it's useless showing off that experience here sa forum, get yourself in an interview kng asa na nga company and didto na sa ila ipang hampak imoha mga achievements, it'll pay off.

ok ra i am not offended... kasabot ko nimo. i do not mean to show off.. i am just answering a question if i have what it takes...im at a crossroads na pud.. nawad-an na ko ug gana. all doors have closed for me. wala na koy mahims ana. igo ra ko manuktok pero if dili sila mu open for me, they misjudge me.

dili man nuon ko magutman. it is just that i feel useless.. and that hurts.

i hear you bro... prejudiced jud ang mga tawo labi na mga traditional companies nga kung gikna kag call center unya mo apply kag IT, impression nila you don't have the skill...

but you're right, ampo og pag kugi lang jud og apply unya ayuha jud sa interview... ayaw focus sa experience nimo sa pagka call center during the interview but focus on your skills and capabilities and education background and interests for professional growth...

never stop hoping?! ako agent ko for 3 years, and now i am working as IT na jud for 2 years now... never been happier...

@TS: Everyone here is trying to boost you up. But as I see it, you do not believe in your own capabilities.

Don't just tell them, Show them what you can do. Once given the chance to talk during the interview, show them your portfolio of your works. Do not tell them you can't do it, always answer with "I will try to learn it." . Never leave the interviewer unless you are sure you have left a good impression.
