... yaay, Colon is the "heart" of the jeepney routes. I hope they will plan this well.... Colon is the oldest street in the philippines.

yup! they should plan this well or make manalili (v. gullar) wider perhaps? During those fiesta sa colon (whole colon st closed from pelaez to jakosalem) traffic is very heavy.

I'm into this idea, they can also ban the redevelopment of the old buildings and just repaint them. Those Old Buildings in Colon are mostly of American Era Architecture and thus serves great use in historical tourism. Convert the vehicular roads into an all pedestrian lane and take those pesky wires off the hook.
