    I've tried both, as a Sales Rep and Technical Support. Mas stressful gyud ang Sales oi. Kay you need to convince them about the product through what you say on the phone. Nosebleed gyud.

    Technical Support sad. The customer has 5 laptops with different OS, and a PC that she wants to connect through wireless. Plus its the first time to set up the connection. Naa ba gyud router. Geez.

    But I prefer Technical Support gyud kaysa Sales.

    Naa pud baya mi metrics i meet.. Di lang kay mag answer mig calls oi. Nah di jud lalim ning tarbahoa. Tarbaho gyud sya nga tarbaho. If naa lang unta mas sayun2 ani adto ko oi, kaya lang gamay ang sweldo.

    We should be thankful gani kay it brings a lot of opportunities. Unsa na lang kaha ni Philippines kung walay BPO.

    Angay mo manaway kung nakahatag mog panarbaho sa uban.. Kung wala, maayo pa maghilom.

    i tried applying sa convergys (banawa) sauna. pagcontract signing na, niback out ko kay naghunahuna ko na inutil kaayo ko kung lawom na sa gabi-i og di ko gusto mamatay og sayo kay kulang sa katulog.

    For me... mga maau pud ning mga taga.call centers oi... naay daghan mga professional dha nga nagcall center bisan dili inline sa ila profession... ang dis.advantages lang ani ky if u decide na mo.work ka sa u field dili ka.competitive and im sure bagsak ka sa technical and written exam sa u field....Naa koy friend na mao nay nahitabo sa iya. So, until now nagcall center lang ghapon sya.... dili man jud dako ning sweldo sa call center kay i guess 12+k to 40k pinakadako nya depende sab na sa project cguro... Kapoy lang jud nang ila work...

SOME cc agents just love to flaunt their "language skills", even though inappropriate sa situation or location..

    though saludo kos cc agents oi.. dli lalim magnight shift pirmi, ug dli lalim mag-explain to the perpetually idiotic people who are their customers.. labi na sa akong bana nga ex-fulltime cc agent, mao pa jud akong nurse sa balay kay bedrest ko for pila ka months..
