    I agree with you there are a lot of callcenter agents who are dumb.

    hmmmmmmmmmmm..... for me, I don't think that call center is a no brainer. Kana diay mga technical support agents...it also need brain to analyze/solve problem of a client's software or hardware.

    TS, pasagdi lang na uban mo discriminate sa call center agents....suya lang na sila kay dagko man ang salary sa call center agents....LOLz
