65nm is still hot, we're referring to a 45nm AMD chips. maybe it's because of your case air flow or cooling system. look at my screenshot above, is that hot for you?

don't blame the chip if you got higher temps![]()

Naa koy nalimtan og mention? as for the monitor 19" Samsung T190, unya rani nako ilisan og 20"+ kung naa nakoy budget para sa monitor. CPU sako for now.
how hot is your definition of hot? And naa pa ba'y baligya nga Phenom X4 9600 agena karon ( the procie is a fail anyway, TLB bug anyone )? Last time I check, and baligya karon are Phenom II's and Athlon II's, which are all 45nm already vs 65nm sa Phenom X4 9600. Of course naay variance from one procie to the other, what I'm pointing out is the common misnomer na AMD procies in general tend to run hotter than intel procies. This holds true a few year ago, blame it on AMD's late adapation of the 45nm tech. But to give a fuss about the issue now? Seriously? I believe bro jason has pointed out my point.

i suggest you do some research before you buy because i think you are late in technology. Phenom IIs and Athlon IIs was released last year why is it that you get the Phenom X4 9600 instead of the new Phenoms? are you not contented of the screenshot i posted in the previous page? i was an intel user before and i migrated to AMD to try it out and i bought the Athlon II X2 which is a 45nm and i was surprised because it was not hot as what others says. and now i switch to Phenom X4 which is also a 45nm process and still the temp is not hot.
btw, before you try, better read or watch reviews so you won't regret later![]()
