looks like chinese cabbage kimchi, doesn't it? sa mga koreano pa "baechu kimchi". the radish one is "gaktugi kimchi".

diba there are lots of sidedishes and they are all called kimchis?they have dried bolinao, vegetables in mayonaise dressing (like salad), pusit, tofu, beans, seaweeds, and a lot more.not all are necessarily smelly or hot or sour or salty some are very good.so there is always one kimchi that suits everyone.
