Green tea is good for us. But i will not recommend those diet teas nga morag gikumot imong tiyan sa sakit after ka moinom ana. Naa na mga namatay ana so its not good to take those. I watched a talk show about that on tv.
it really pays to read more and more, and research more and more. yes! there already studies about green tea and its health benefits. try browsing those sites mentioned above. those are just FEW of the studies on green tea revolving around the world. kay basin you never tried anything yet on reading and researching on green tea. so this is now the time for you to do that.Originally Posted by lindsay

totsie, no one argue with u that green tea do not have any health benefits, almost everybody said it's good because it has antioxidants including me....as for losing weight that's good that some studies found out, but you even admit it that you have to diet and exercise to lose weight, so it's notthe green tea at all that makes u lose weight but the diet and exercise.....plain and simple.....

hehe...i'm not in a diet to lose weight dude, i'm in a good shape thank you very much. i don't drink green tea to lose weight either i drink it but because i like it for more than a decade......and all those years i did not find anything that supports it helps lose wieght, but that's my humble opinion and my own experience and yes i exercise for at least 1 hr 3-5 times a week coz i believe in staying fit and healthy the old fashion way . my daily diet? i eat healthy, fruits and vegetable, whole grain foods...in other words i'm not a pig.....so please don't even..
i'm glad that green tea works for you, i'll say good for you. but please respect other people's opinion on it whatever some studies says....

I also drink green tea the antioxidant properties is what i'm after there. Maka guapa maka ganda ng skinsagdi na lang ng motambok kay hey, i am middle-aged already i do not look old for my age but i also do not expect myself to be skinny like when i was younger. As you age, hormones play a big part in how you look. So accept na ko tambok ko, lol but basta you are confident and happy, its the attitude that counts. So dont get stressed out. Dont sweat the small stuff. Continue to drink Green tea and for those who want to lose weight all i can say...dramatically cut back on carbs and sugar. That made me lose weight but it didn't happen overnite. I'm still chubby but not as that fat as i was years ago. All i did was cut back on rice, eat smaller portions and no sugar in anything. No Cokes or Pepsi or juices. They are very high in sugar content. Instead of sugar, i use Splenda or Equal for my coffee. One small packet i use 3 times pa. So mao na naka lose sa ako. Continue to drink Green tea, Jasmine Tea, Oolong black tea. Those are good. Stay away from diet teas specially the chinese kind. They also add some animal vile in those teas and it makes your tummy hurt. So the report says drinking that kind of tea causes laceration to your intestinal tract so its bad. Continue drinking GREEN TEA though.
