How about talk things out? It is a good step IMO. Tell him how you are feeling. Ask him the same question you raised here in your thread. If he loves then it should work.

Not coz busy na au sa work, naa na daun 3rd party, or he is not interested to you anymore. At some point, I was once like your bf. I got too preoccupied with work that I didn't even notice that I'm already ignoring my gf. What my gf did was, she talked to me. She told me that she is feeling like I've ignored her, that I'm not interested to her anymore and she did ask me same question you are asking in this thread.
It hit me. I love her and I want her to be happy so I apologize for being an a$shole and responded to her. So karon, nabalik napud.

And that is why, my advice is, have a good talk.
