Sakto man sad ka bro, we must have Laws to guide us.. but ang borderline is too thin to distinguish which is right and wrong.. Para nako man gud kay I just can't give my "Freedom of Speech"..

Like if this Law will be passed, and next year mag post ko diri sa istorya.net nga "Bati kaayo ang RH Bill and we need to abolish it." Pwedi na ko ma priso..

Nah.. maayo pa diay adto ko mo puyo sa Singapore ani.. Dag-ko pa sweldo didto.. Baligya nako akong Freedom for Higher sweldo.. Maypa adto nalng ko sa China nalang.. Diba?

I strongly believe in a two child policy, That's what our nation AS OF THE MOMENT desperately needs right now....

Rich or Poor Filipinos, they should have a maximum of two children.....

and those rich families who has extra money because they only have 2 children can help the poor family(charities, foundation etc....)

Then we can lift the two child policy law if our situation is a little bit more stable...

A close reading (or even a cursory reading) of the provisions in the proposed bill will clearly show the two-child proposal is not a mandatory one. The policy is merely one of encouragement for couples that limit themselves to only two children. No DSWD worker or aswang is going to show up at your doorstep to take that third baby away.

Overpopulation is not the cause of poverty but it is one of the causes, as well as a symptom. Population growth is a real issue that has to be addressed.

And what's wrong with proper *** education? In our time *** education was so strait-laced it was almost laughable. Celibate people aren't necessarily the most credible teachers in that department.

Fr. XXX: "Boys, today I will talk to you about ***."

Students: "Alright, Father, what would you like to know?"

i agree with this bill and hoping this would a law eventually.

in my opinion, this is very critical solution as we are indeed overpopulated. the demand for basic necessities and descent jobs are much more than what the philippines can provide. we have a problem on poverty and mainly because uneducated people keeps on adding their children without any plans for a good future. its a bit harsh but ITS REALLY TRUE! educated ones know how hard to provide good education and how difficult to assure one's bright future so they have to limit the number of children so as to keep the budget intact. but the uneducated ones just don't mind at all. just look at the news or actually go to areas where unfortunate people lived. each family is proud enough to have 6-10 children. they are already contented having their children eat 2-3 times a day and without proper education though a very few only care. im not looking down at them but they are contributing more to the problem because they dont know or just DONT CARE what they are doing. their ATTITUDE is actually our problem too coz it affects us all no matter what. CAN YOU IMAGINE A MINIMUM-WAGE EARNER (earning just 5k+ a month) FEEDING 6-10 CHILDREN? WHAT FUTURE CAN IT GIVE TO THE CHILDREN? thats why we have plenty of CRIMES here because of that problem. AND THAT IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF POVERTY!
we can do nothing about it and thats where the government MUST AND SHUOLD step in to control the number of children per family.
for the people who are against these are those who only THINKS SELFISHLY!
do we have to wait for this problem to get bigger before will make a move? we are already at 90 million plus, do we wait to reach at 150 million or more before we can say that it really is a problem? think not for urselves but whats good for all.
i dont know why people think to this bill as anti civil rights or freedom. yes we do want to have our civil rights and freedom but we also must weigh things if what we are doing is for the good to all rather than for the good for ourselves only. LETS BE OPEN-MINDED ENOUGH TO LOOK WHAT IS AHEAD IN US IN THE FUTURE RATHER THAN WHAT IS FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW!
