balik nako rice rn, but gamay ra kau. ang ratio sa rice to viand kai 5:1 so dali ra mabusog sa sud.an. nia maybe effective ni, try drinking water before eating. hahaha! say no to softdrinks lng jd. if mu.inom man sips lng. antos lng. nahan man ta panindot ug lawas.

Egg daw according to forums!..
eat apples and drink protein shakes!

Try cornflakes and low fat milk for breakfast.
Half Rice and Viand for lunch.
1-2 Slice of wheat bread for dinner.
Include fruits and veggies on meal, no limit.
