having friends or "connections" in the company wont really help mas mo taas p nuon ang expectations nila sa applicant which means added pressure labi n inig interview.. Philippines wants to evolve and adapt to the new era but it's our culture that's preventing it from happening.. ayaw pag gamit ug pimped culture sa pinoy, di ta molambo ana.

i dont think lexmark pays that much attention as well with how a person's english skills. yung friend ko na tsr, walang pinasahan na callcenter because of some sort of verbal defect. but he is now with lexmark, batch 2 sa mga u.s. trainees 2008. while my other friend declined to go to the states and rejected the contract.
