theres no way u cud call Globelines hotlines kai affected sad, ongoing traffic rerouting.
naa lang koi reliable source of info who is connected with Globe-Innove, pasensya nalang jud ta ani kai f alkansi ta sa ilaha serbisyo mas labaw na cla.....wala man cguro na nila sad gituyo kai multi million man sad ilaha alkanse...

OT gottlieber im asking for the number kay basin madala sa reset Â*it usually works for me when my speed is laging out but dunno in this case........im not going to waste my time ranting about the slow speed and all that crap.. naa pud ako kaila sa center assigned mismo Â* pero on leave ....

1. How was your connection before the fiber breakdown?
2. Would you still move to PLDT myDSL after hearing all the constant complaints for more than 6 months sa other threads and other forums?
3. Would you either wait for at least a month for things to improve to pre-breakdown status or do you still want to move to other ISPs?

AREA cebu
1)fine for the last 2years and a couple of months, the laging started in april i think on off and become worse in may and june usually in my area laging will start in around 10 am or 12 am normal speed will be back on 5 pm up , but some of my neighbor laging will start in 9 pm midnight...( maybe the cable is starting to degrade or being cut at these months)wat u think

2) nop , no other ISP offered DSL SERVICE in my area... no option

3)no option

4) at the very least i think globe will give rebates , 3 weeks or 4 weeks down time latency will usually drive many people to insanity

anyway please post ur updated speed globe users and general area so we can have a clear picture at least in the visayas which is

1. 1.7Mbps - 2Mbps (Trader Package) no problems for 3 years...
2 Hell no
3. I'll wait for things to be fixed up. Im a GLOBE fan, (in fact i have 20% of all GLOBE DSL accounts, Luzon and Visayas accounts, kekekeke )

So kato cge reklamo diha kay hinay ila connection, PAMALHIN na kamo ug lain ISP's mintras sayo2x pa.. aron gamay nalang kami mahabilin sa GLobe.. basin kamo ra sad makada ug hinay da.. nyahihihihihihi
