    ahh ok..bay naa pa jud ko question..unsa sad na ang learnership program? nya unsa sad jud na ang apprenticeship program? nagbasa man gud ko sa labor code nya ako nabasahan ang duha..nya samot ko kalibog..hehehe...nya asa na mu fall ang among training? ang nature sa training is classroom-based jud cya..as in mura jud ug extension sa college..nya IT-related..nya ang mga instructors kay ang uban mga IT engineers sa company, ang uban sad kay sa NIIT..nya naa sad uban nga gikan IBM..nya mura jud cya ug college kay naa man sad final project..asa na cya mu fall? sa learnership? or sa apprenticeship?

    kllaro kaayo nga dili mo-fall sa learnership ang inyong program kay:

    1: dili semi-skilled ang inyong line work
    2: sobra sa 3 months inyong training period...

    murag apprenticeship ng inyo...

    nidawat ba mog sweldo pag-training ninyo?

    yep technical among job..programming..

    pag training namo kay wala mi sweldo but naa mi allowance..kay dili pa man daw mi employee sa company.. nya wala sad tax among ginadawat..

    kon under apprenticeship mo, dili allowance inyong ma-receive...

    u should receive not less than 75% of what a regular employee receives...

    that's what i meant... basig gipalusot lang na "apprenticeship" (and walay' apprenticeship program na registered) para dili mo ma regular employees.....

    pero ang statement nga nag sulti nga cla ang magbuot kung maregular ba ni after 6 months is wala man sa training nga contract..naa man sa employment na contract which is after na sa training.. pareha ra ba gihapon na? sa apprenticeship yata kay naa man sa apprenticeship contract ang statement nga magsulti kung kanus a mu maregular, di ba? la ko sure..hehehe
