THANK YOU sa tanan nga nakapass sa ilang LOI ug cheke...next step, wait nato ang Final pricelist especially sa mga nagpa blocked ug units bigger than 35sqm, after seeing the final pricelist decision making dayon kung kuhaon jud ba ang units or dili...

SA MGA WALA NAKAPASS LOI ug cheke na ganahan jud mokuha, prepare inyong reservation fee (I think this time modawat na sila cash kay dili naman refundable), pakapini nalng payslip, company ID ug cedula para kung naay moback out kita ang mopuli...ang wala nakakuha ganiha, gitagaan lng priority number, First come First serve ni ghapon...
